The data collected during the registration process are recorded in a digital file by the Young Zoologists Group (YZG) of the Royal Belgian Zoological Society (RBZS) in order to :

- register your attendance to the Statistics Workshop organized by the YZG. These data will only be kept for the time necessary for the organization of this event. These data will be processed on the basis of contractual execution;

- if you agree to be informed of future events organized by the YZG, these data will be kept for as long as you authorize us to do so. These data will be processed on the basis of your consent.

These data will not be communicated to third parties. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you may exercise your rights relating to these personal data (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability and withdrawal of consent) by contacting the YZG ( yzgrbzs@gmail.com ). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be, contact@apd-gba.be).
